Managers Blog: Hi my name is Darren and I have been coaching football to all ages from the very young to adults for well over a decade and over the years, I have had the distinct pleasure and privilege of helping a great many players in their efforts to improve their game.

This is my first season at Sturminster Marshall YFC (the first of many I hope) and it is also the first season together for our newly formed under 10s side. I believe that this squad really has the potential to become a very successive side in years to come and I have already noticed that a good team spirit is developing throughout this great bunch of lads, a team spirit that will certainly stand them in good stead in future adversities – after all, we win together – we lose together – we draw together – no matter what, we are a TEAM.
